In these conditions , unless the context otherwise requires , references to the customer shall , if the customer is a sole proprietorship firm , include the sole proprietor and his successors in the business and , if the customer is a partnership firm , include the partners as at the date of these conditions and any other persons who shall at any time hereafter be or have been a partner of the firm and the successors to such partnership business
在此等条件下，除非字句涵义另有规定，否则对客户之提述，若客户为一独资经营之商号，将包括独资经营者及其业务继承人，而若客户为一合经营之商号，则包括在此等条件之当日身为合人及在此日后之任何时间成为或曾为商号之合人之任何人士，及该合经营业务之继承人。
